Inspect and document the shipment
Compare freight with the delivery paperwork. Photograph all sides before and during unloading. Look for crushed corners, punctures, torn wrapping, shifted material, exposed products, and missing pallets or packages.
Record visible damage or shortages accurately on carrier documents before signing whenever possible. Keep copies, preserve packaging, and contact GOA promptly. Open and inventory the shipment within the deadlines stated in the shipping information because concealed damage may appear after unpacking.
Store components securely
Protect products, hardware, labels, and instructions from weather, theft, jobsite traffic, and accidental damage. Keep small parts organized by product. Do not discard identification or packaging needed for support or claims.
Handoff to installation
The online package is equipment-only. Freight delivery does not include moving products across the property, foundations, assembly, installation, surfacing, or packaging disposal unless separately stated. Provide the installer with the current product documentation and complete shipment inventory.
The ship date is not an opening date. Allow for transit, site preparation, foundations, curing, installation, inspection, and correction of deficiencies.
Commercial terms
The Outdoor Fitness Package and standard shipping total $8,998 before applicable tax. Stripe collects full payment. The package has a three-year warranty under GOA's published warranty terms.
