Start with the supplied documentation
Inventory the shipment and match products, hardware, and model information to the current instructions. Resolve damage, shortages, or unclear requirements before work begins. Do not substitute anchors or hardware, change a mounting method, or use an older manual without authorization.
Keep specifications, delivery records, installation instructions, photographs, and contractor information as permanent project records.
Review the site before excavation
Confirm property boundaries, slopes, drainage, utilities, irrigation, soil and surface conditions, access, sun exposure, and circulation. Use the appropriate local utility-location process before digging. Determine whether the scope requires permits, engineering, accessible routes, inspections, or licensed trades.

Lay out equipment and clearances
Mark each station using manufacturer dimensions and required surrounding space. Consider how users enter, move between exercises, read instructions, rest, and leave the area. Check conflicts with paths, fences, landscaping, drainage, lighting, shade, utilities, and maintenance access.
Verify the complete layout before concrete or excavation. Crowding equipment to fit more stations can undermine circulation and required clearances.
Construct foundations as specified
Follow the current instructions for footing dimensions, reinforcement, embedment, anchors, concrete, and curing. A qualified professional should resolve conflicts between product instructions and actual soil, drainage, wind, or site conditions.
Protect equipment finishes during handling and use the specified tools and hardware. Do not allow use until foundations and anchors are ready for service.
Complete and inspect the site
Coordinate foundations and equipment with surfacing, accessible circulation, signs, shade, seating, hydration, landscaping, and lighting as required. Before opening, document stability, fasteners, clearances, surfaces, instructions, and removal of construction hazards. Complete any required professional or jurisdictional inspection.
Then establish inspection, cleaning, tightening, finish-care, surfacing, and repair responsibilities. Take damaged equipment out of service until appropriately evaluated.
