Select a practical location
Choose a location that is convenient for guests but does not interfere with vehicle circulation, campsites, utilities, drainage, or maintenance operations. Document usable dimensions, slopes, surface conditions, sun and shade, nearby activities, and the route from the freight delivery point.
Confirm the equipment’s installed dimensions and clearances. Plan circulation and any foundations, surfacing, accessible routes, signs, shade, seating, hydration, lighting, or landscaping needed for the finished site. These surrounding elements are separate unless expressly included in a project scope.
Match the equipment to guest use
Review the exercises, intended use, instructions, materials, mounting requirements, and maintenance needs shown on the current Outdoor Fitness Package page. Avoid choosing equipment based only on photographs or station count.
If the property requires standards or accessibility documentation, request it for the specific product or applicable line and confirm site-level requirements with qualified local professionals.
Plan campground freight access
Campgrounds may have gates, narrow internal roads, seasonal traffic, limited turning space, or a receiving location far from the installation site. Tell GOA about access limitations before shipment.
Assign a receiving contact, arrange unloading, inspect the freight, document visible damage or shortages, and store components securely. Review GOA’s shipping terms before checkout. The seven-business-day shipping timeframe does not include carrier transit, site work, or installation.
Installation is separate
The nationwide package is equipment-only. Buyers arrange qualified installation using current manufacturer instructions. Foundations, concrete, surfacing, utilities, accessibility, permits, and inspections depend on the product and jurisdiction.
Florida campgrounds and RV resorts may request a separately scoped project with consultative planning, product selection, budgeting, layouts or renderings when available, delivery coordination, and installation when requested. Outside Florida, project installation depends on partner availability and scope.
Establish operating responsibility
Assign staff responsibility for inspection, cleaning, hardware, finish care, surfacing, signs, and removing damaged equipment from service. Keep installation and maintenance records. The property should establish guest rules appropriate to its operations and advisers.
Price, payment, and warranty
The package and standard contiguous-U.S. shipping total $8,998 before applicable tax. Stripe collects full payment. Financing may be available subject to eligibility, provider terms, approval, and disclosures.
The package has a three-year warranty under GOA’s published warranty terms. GOA has supported more than 500 projects and provides delivery coordination and post-sale support.
