Define the resident experience
Decide who the area is intended to serve, how residents will access it, when it will operate, and who will oversee inspections and maintenance. Review the exercises provided by the current package and whether the stations offer a useful mix for the property’s audience.
Product instructions and signs help explain intended use, but they do not replace property rules or management. Apartment operators should develop operating policies with appropriate advisers.
Evaluate the proposed site

Prepare for freight
Assign a receiving contact and verify that a commercial freight vehicle can access the delivery point. Arrange safe unloading, inspect and photograph the shipment, record visible damage or shortages, and prepare secure storage. Read the shipping information before ordering.

Arrange installation and maintenance
