How to Write an RFP for an Outdoor Amenity Project
An outdoor amenity RFP should give every proposer the same project objective, site information, scope, product requirements, responsibility matrix, pricing format, schedule assumptions, submittals, warranty requirements, closeout expectations, and evaluation method. State the objective and site
