Shipping Commercial Dog Park Equipment: A Receiving Guide
Commercial dog park equipment ships by freight. Plan access, unloading, inspection, and storage before the truck arrives.
Shipping Commercial Dog Park Equipment
Commercial dog park equipment usually arrives by freight and requires more planning than a parcel delivery. GOA charges $999 to ship its $5,999 Dog Park Package within the contiguous United States. The package ships within seven business days when inventory is available, but buyers must separately prepare for carrier transit, site access, unloading, inspection, and storage.
Before the order ships
Confirm the receiving address, contact name, phone number, operating hours, and any access restrictions. Tell GOA about conditions that may affect freight service, including gates, narrow roads, limited turning space, construction, or a location that cannot accommodate a commercial delivery vehicle.
The delivery point is not necessarily the final installation location. Plan how the packaged equipment will move from the truck to secure storage or the work area.
Assign a receiving contact
One responsible person should track carrier communication and be available for the delivery. That person should have the order information, know the expected shipment count, understand the unloading plan, and be prepared to inspect the freight.
Do not rely on an unattended delivery unless GOA and the carrier have expressly confirmed that arrangement. Freight procedures and available services vary.
Arrange unloading
The buyer is responsible for having an appropriate, safe unloading method unless the written shipping terms state otherwise. The necessary equipment and labor depend on shipment dimensions, weight, packaging, and delivery service.
Ask before shipment if you are uncertain about unloading requirements. Never improvise with undersized equipment or untrained personnel.
Inspect before the carrier leaves
Compare the shipment with the delivery paperwork. Look for punctures, crushed corners, torn wrapping, shifted material, exposed products, or a missing pallet or package. Photograph the shipment from several angles.
If visible damage or a shortage exists, note it accurately on the carrier documentation before signing whenever possible. Keep copies and contact GOA promptly. A clear delivery record helps GOA and the carrier evaluate the issue. Do not discard packaging or damaged components until instructed.
Concealed damage may not be visible until unpacking. Open and inventory the shipment promptly while following the reporting deadlines in the shipping terms.
Store equipment securely
If installation will not begin immediately, protect equipment and documentation from weather, theft, jobsite traffic, and accidental damage. Keep small hardware organized and labeled. Do not remove identification labels needed for installation, support, or warranty records.
Separate shipping from installation
GOA’s online Dog Park Package is equipment-only. Freight delivery does not include site preparation, moving products across the property, assembly, foundations, installation, or disposal of packaging unless separately stated in writing.
Use the current manufacturer instructions and qualified professionals. Confirm local requirements for site work, accessibility, utilities, foundations, permits, and inspections. Florida buyers who need a broader project may request separately scoped planning and installation support.
Shipping price and destinations
The standard package price is $5,999, and contiguous-U.S. shipping is $999, producing a $6,998 subtotal before applicable tax. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and special freight circumstances require a quote.
Full payment is collected through Stripe. The three-year warranty is governed by GOA’s warranty page, not by the carrier’s freight process.
